In our early years, we operated under the name Matrix Global Sourcing, facilitating exports and supplier coordination from Bangladesh. Our focus was on building strong relationships with factories, understanding production realities, and establishing a foundation based on trust, transparency, and delivery discipline.
As global trade evolved—and so did we—our operations entered a consolidation phase. While export activities under the original structure slowed in recent years, our industry presence, sourcing knowledge, and supplier network continued to grow.
As part of our long-term growth strategy, Matrix Global Sourcing was formally restructured and registered as Matrix Global Sourcing Limited in Hong Kong in 2025, strengthening our international corporate framework and enabling smoother global trade operations.
In the same year, we established a sales and coordination office in Germany, positioning ourselves closer to European clients and reinforcing our commitment to responsive communication, compliance-driven sourcing, and long-term partnerships.
